Mike, what tuning are you using playing Winder Slide on youtube from the "front hall 073010"? Also what tuning for the version of that tune on your website? I'm having a blast learning it! Many thanks

Howdy, sorry for the slow reply, we're currently in Costa Rica! We recorded "Winder Slide" for the Chickadee album in the key of C, banjo tuning: gCGCD. In performance we capo up to E for a little extra sparkle. Capo 4: bEBEF#. The only trick with this is that you'll probably need a 5th string "railroad spike" since it can be difficult to crank em up that high. Most any fretted instrument shop should be able to install one or two spikes for very little cost. Hope this helps! Good luck and "frail well."
